Change 'Static Page' to 'Latest Blogs'

I current have my wordpress site set as: 'Settings' / 'Reading' = 'A Static Page'
I am now considering changing this to 'Your latest posts' as I think it would make a better user experience.
i.e. instead of having a set page for the homepage, it instead shows the latest posts.
If I do this will it effect the SERPS of my homepage and main keywords?
