Web site ranking

On the others advice i start forum posting, article, submission, press release & My web site come on the top position but after few months my web site fell down on the top ranking ! I am looking for a reason what may be the reason for this !

    Maybe your links grew old and you need to maintain momentum with your link building or maybe other sites simply got ahead of you with their efforts. Also, google's recent changes upset everything in the last couple of months.

    You may just need to increase your link activity or add fresh content!

    If your site is jumping around it could be due to what is called the google dance and is quite common. This is where your site will move around a bit when you are getting a sudden influx of backlinks to it.

    If you just keep building links it will settle down though.

    Also focus on high PR backlinks. These are better quality and will have better results.

    Moreover, its good to focus on traffic rather than on building rank. Apart from organic rankings, traffic may come from any source.

      To maintain the ranking continue the seo work mainly off page. But sometimes it still require on page also. Your site ranking goes down, it may be due to competitor sites get more backlinks or unique content with proper keyword density.
