Organize all the different tasks for different clients. I need to know at anytime who is working on which clients? what are the tasks to do? and what has been completed. So I can report back to the clients, or I can see if we have a problem with one client's work and we need to finish it, because it wasn't done yet.

I can suggest an Outsourcing specialist who can guide you with the best software, the best outsource website and how to organize your time, the time of your employees and more.

His name is John Jonas an outsourcing Guru. He's the real deal and I've been through some of his courses. He had some WSO before but you can just Google him.

I know about him. I get some of his emails. To be honest I get so many offers every day. I don't even bother to open them. I am tired of getting endless amount of offers every morning wake up. I will look into it. Thanks.

    Morphius,
My new plugin has task management capabilities within the interface where you can setup different tasks per client, manage whether they're complete or not as well. Take a look and see if this is something that would fit your bill.

How can a wordpress plug in manage my work? I have clients and different tasks. Wordpress is not an option.
      Thanks.

You can start with a good old spreadsheet. I don't have other employees, but that's what I use to manage my business and it does the trick.

Thanks, Its an option that I am using now, but not a great one, when everything starts to get complex.

I would recommend Central Desktop. It is a Virtual Office / Project Management tool where you can create your several projects in workspaces, add members (internal + external) in your team (per project), give them tasks including deadlines, get daily emails with updates about tasks, calender, reports, add the concerned documents etc. With Central Desktop you have one tool to organize everything!

        Good luck!

Hi Morphius! Try Trello or Asana. Both are awesome and neat!

      Hi Morphius,

Another option is Evernote in conjunction with something like The Secret Weapon

Of course implementing something like this is both time consuming and often challenging. Difficult to do when your hair is on fire and you are trying to keep several dozen plates spinning!

For outsourcers Basecamp is your friend.

Too much work is certainly better than not enough but learning to scale is tough.

      Best of luck.
