i am stuck in step 4. what are the criteria to decide that this keyword has good competition or huge competition. will go for this or not.

i am in the middle of the keyword research for my adsense site and i want your help. i choose an keyword for my adsense site and i am unable to decide that should i go for this keyword or not. i keep this information open to you so that you can see yourself where i am wrong and in which direction i wanted to go.

i tell you that i did not want answer that should i go for this keyword or not i wanted to know that how can one deicide that we should go for this keyword or not. what are the criteria which help you to decide that one should go with this keyword or not.

take an example i choose the keyword weightloss surgery options and i attached the market samurai image so check it out it 2400 exact search per month. so tell me that how can you decide that i should go for this keyword or not. can you provide some information.

    Generally less searches per/mo means less competition. Higher the searches, higher competition. Make sure main keyword has at least 1000 exact searches per month.
