basic website/seo schedule of fees

I don't know where else to ask this, I hope someone can help.
I've been building sites for myself, and getting better at it each time.
I've got a couple of opportunities to set up sites for local businesses - and planning on a basic WP site with maybe 3 pages - home, about us, services/contact us - that sort of thing.
I'll include basic submit to google, maybe a PR to get it rolling...
but what about if they ask for additional? a gallery, or more/better backlink work?
How does one price all that. I don't want to ask what I WANT (
), but I don't want to be so cheap as to feel dumb later.
Do y'all have a standard schedule you use for basic services?
