"wedding dress" is phrase match. The words need to be next to each other and in that order, but can be preceded or followed by any words.

This would be triggered by 'D' - which includes those words.

'A' would not trigger the ad because of the inclusion of: -[cheap wedding]

'D' is not affected by -[cheap wedding] because while 'D' contains the words 'cheap wedding', it is not exactly those two words.

Neither 'B' nor 'C' would have any reason to trigger the ads.

This took me a lot longer than I thought to work out, but my final answer is:
    Only 'D'.
