Wordpress indexationg, automatic?

I have the sitemap plugin which says google and other search engines is automatically contacted about the changes to my webpage, does that mean that my new post is indexed now?

    Find out by googling "[insert your post title here]".
    So if the post on your site is titled "Make Money Online Now" that is what you should google and check if it comes up with a link to your site in the google search results.

    Yeah google is automatically notifies if you have submitted sitemap in web master tools

    Also if you do some backlinks and pinging them

    Then your posts will be index fastly

    If you haven't already, create a free Google Webmaster Tools account and connect your site... that will tell you a ton of great information about what the Googlebot sees.

    No. It just increases the odds of it getting indexed.

    Your page getting indexed has more to do with page rank. Just wait and keep checking.
