found niche keyword...need help

hi guys,
new to IM here. need your expert help.

after lot of rssearch i though i found a good keyword.

"how to check blood pressure"

google tool shows 880 local searches (not that high but good for my product). i was able to find that .org domain name is available with exact keyword.

then i looked into Market Samurai
it shows just 12 exact searches and pbr of 7%.

which tool to trust? is this a good niche at all ?

    Ramo and Idiaz thanks a lot for the advice. i will keep that in mind going forward. as you guessed correctly this is my first ever post to WF.

    but due you know of any reason why MS should show contrasting results. i am jsut trying to find out whether to rely on MS or not.
    also any harm in using combination of adsense + affiliates ? or not use adsense at all ?
