Does every page have to be on the navigation bar?

Hey everyone I was wondering, does every page have to be on the navigation bar? I remember hearing that each page on your site needs to be accessible somehow. However, some of my articles are related to a particular keyword. Can I just make a "related articles list" within the article? That counts as "silo" (term I just heard) and that looks good for inner links etc right? For instance let's say my keyword was "gyms" and that keyword is in my navigation bar. Can I just put articles that's related to gyms in the content? For instance "24 hour for fitness." "la fitness" would be the anchor text within the article. And that's fine right? I don't need to put everything on the navigation

    you can use the navigation bar pages as a directory or category with the other pages coming off them. Just set the title as the parent for that page. This way they link up without cluttering your nav bar.

    So I'm ok with having the links within the content then and not having to put them in the nav bar as well? This is my biggest challenge when it comes to on page SEO. But I'll get it right one step at a time.

    If you have nevigation bar for every page then your site map will be good.

    you can use navigation bar or breadcrumbs because it is very useful for visitor to read all web pages of website.
