Need Advise To Rank A Https Website

Hi,
I'm trying to perform SEO on a https website. I have completed on-page optimization and have also built around 350 links to 5 keywords.
Before completing the on-page and link building the website was not ranked for any keywords. But what happens now is any one of the keyword appears in top 2 pages of google.com stays there for 3 or 4 days and disappears. Again after some 2 or 3 days another keyword from another sub-page appears in the top 2 pages and again disappears after 3 or 4 days.
I used methods like bookmarking, article submission, link wheel, edu links, video marketing to build links. The website i oilmatch.net.
Kindly let me know where I'm lacking or is there any method that I need to implement for https website.
