Battling with Adsense Support

I had an account back in South African, made some money and got a cheque, couldn't cash it so started the process to migrate the funds from the SA account to the new UK account I had made.
All was going well, and I was earning with the UK account until I got banned/ suspended or whatever, after about 20 emails, they stopped responding - they've withheld ALL of the money - even the money earned legitimately in SA (even though the UK offense was an honest mistake)
Really not impressed and have a big stink about ever recommending Adsense.
Google love to get you to use adwords, when you have to pay then, but when it comes to paying out they find any excuse to not pay you and then just ignore your emails for weeks.
