BMR Posts Dropping Off High PR Page

You should at least try to submit 1 or 2 per day. I've been lazy and haven't submitted any in the past 4 days. I've gotta get busy! It doesn't take very long to write a BMR post.

Yea try to keep a steady steam of posts coming.
The main idea is that eventually you should build up enough income to be able to outsource this task completely, so don't think of it as a chore. Just think of it as something you need to do now until you can afford to outsource it completely.

In general, rankings are gonna be unstable for new sites. What you're seeing is typical with ANY kind of linkbuilding to a new site

If your sites are dropping in rank then yes, the answer is that you should keep building links. Build links from other sources to diversify your link profile as well.

Also, has anyone noticed that BMR posts are taking a lot longer to go live and get indexed? Few weeks ago, my posts would usually be queued in about a couple of hours and go live on the same day as I submit them, and they would usually be indexed in 1-2 days. Now it's taking 1-2 days for them to go live and about 3-4 days to get indexed.

Mine have always gone as I've instructed them to. If i send in 6 posts but have a 1-3 day setting, then 1-3 will go live within 24 hours and so on and so on

BMR post moderation seems to be a lot slower than it used to be at the moment.

Any yes, when the BMR posts roll of the frontpage they are loosing almost all their link juice. So it's not a good method for permanent rank building.

That's my question...

Once the post rolls off the home page it losses its link juice, but we still have a link from content right? I mean the post still exist somewhere on that specific blog....so my question is, besides the page rank that is 0 in that page, it's still a link from text - so doesn't it counts in the eyes of Google? The link still exists...

Yeah but as you said, PR is 0, so the link will do very little for your rankings...

  More then PR, its the fact that the homepage of websites usually tend to get more inbound links rather then inner pages (well, that also influences PR itself of a page), so when your post slips off that page that has the most of the links THAT value is being lost and only the value of the actual page where the post resides is being counted.
  
  Its the same as; get a link from a 0 backlinked page vs getting a link from a 1k backlinked page, the value will obviously not be the same, so yeah it is a normal behavior not only with BMR (which I don't use however) but with any website or same/similar scenario.

  That's not always true. I checked some of my BMR links that were created before the last PR update and some of them had their own PR1-3 pages.

Actually a link can exist and it not count at all because Google no longer finds it. Google does NOT crawl every page of every site so the further and further your last post gets from the page with PR the less likely it is to count.

Unfortunately all rental services like that have the same issue so its not unique to BMR.

I would advice not solely rely on one type of link building, be it BMR, blog commenting or what have you. Diversify and you will see much better results.

And yes, I do think in order o maintain the ranking (assuming the majority of your backlinks comes from BMR posts), you do need to write often and build backlinks.

I think thats because when you submit the post for a few hours or days (depending on the blog it gets published on) your posts stays on the first page whcih is the only (in most cases) page of the site with PR. So, you get a boost in ranking, but when the post gets pushed from the 1st page, so does your ranking. So to keep it, you have to keep feeding the beast.

Thats just how I understand it, but I could be wrong as I am not an SEO expert.

My account got flagged because recently I had some rejections so now I have about two weeks to get my approval rate to 85% and now it stands on 83%

Anyone has this?

If I fail to get these 2% at least in two weeks my account gets canceled...85% is real nice....they got too strict or something?

I have ordered BMR posts from 40 different people. Most of the posts (except for 3 American writers) had to be heavily edited. Recently, I bought 20 posts from a girl in the Philippines. I spot checked a few of them and decided to submit them all and see what happened (as she claimed that she'd never had a rejection). Four of them were rejected.

It was then that I decided that I'd better just write my own posts or just use the few writers that I found could do a good job (although they are usually very busy). It seems that BMR is really cracking down on post quality now. I think the days are gone when people could submit cheap 30 cent garbage posts to BMR and get them accepted.

The writers you use from now on need to be rejection free so your percentage can increase. I am currently on a streak of 1,545 BMR accepted posts without a single rejection. The last one was rejected because I forgot to un-bold the keyword when submitting the article, LOL. They aren't hard as long as you have a good grasp of English and can make sense within 150 words.

I have about two weeks to get from 82% that I'm currently in to 85% and above...any ideas how many posts need to be accepted by that time? It's a little worrying since I only have two weeks and I don't have the time to sit and write each and every day....

Just keep writing your posts and make sure you put it in Microsoft Word before you post itand f7 (spelling & grammar check) that bad boy.

I think that would depend on how many posts you already have? The more posts you already have the more posts you will need to increase your percentage.

If you have 100 posts in your account then 3% would be 3 posts so just take your number of posts ___________ divided by 100 the multiply it by 3 and that should tell you how many posts you need to write with 100% success rate in order to gain the 3% you are looking for.

Example: If you have 1700 total posts you divide it by 100 = 17
17 X 3 = 51 posts to bring your overall percentage up 3%.

I have overall 1,168 posts so far....what I don't get is that in the morning my approval rate for the past 30 days showed 82% and now it's down to 80% but I did not post any new posts for a few days so why is it going down at all???

So that means I need almost 60 posts to successfully get published while in the morning it was less....what am I missing here?

I think guys paying .30,..40, even .50 and .60 for BMR have a hard time getting accepted

Anyone who thinks filipino non native english Speakers (I am not filipino) can write flawless English obviously have not tested this theory

guys who want GOOD writing and expect to pay Bhopal India salary rates, pretty much get what they pay for.

quality costs a bit more. I was doing BMR posts for .60, got burned out, raised it to $1. This makes me feel compensated, and also raises the satisfaction level of my clients, win-win

Big difference between filipino americans and native filipinos
I have found it extremely difficult to find competent writers in the phils. They all make basic grammar mistakes

seems to be a difference between filipino english and US english
Not to disparage fillipinos, they just do not get enough chance to practice, the fact they speak english semi well here, to me is amazing, considering they never speak it to each other(for the most part)

Trust me, HUGE difference. I don't know jack squat about my culture and that's a big reason why I want to go to the Philippines. I'm going to give it a shot with my cousin and see how she does.

BMR is getting a little tedious; especially after upgrading it to 10 domains. Takes a long time to manage

With the recent Panda update, private article networks like these are getting hit very hard, with many of them closing off their services to new clients. If your site is getting penalised, one thing you should do immediately is to diversify your backlink sources. Most sites that have been hit seem to have solely relied on BMR and the sorts.

I say that because you need almost 60 posts with a 100% acceptance to stay. If you've been struggling to keep above 80% then you're unlikely to keep above 90% by taking more care.

If you had more time then 90% would eventually get you there.. but you don't.

There are other networks anyway. It's a pretty good idea to switch every so often.

Hey man, thanks for the confidence vote!

Never had trouble with spelling, they started rejecting some of my posts only recently when they got more strict for "sense" and it was more to grammar I believe....anyhow, you don't think 10 posts a day will be enough? It should be, no?

I'm not American, British or Australian, I happen to be from Israel but my English is not bad at all, was with BMR for almost a year and only in the last moth or so started to get more rejections....anyhow, I'm working with my friend now as I said and he double checks me.....hope we'll do it!

Again, 10 posts a day should suffice, no?

Just got a reply ticket from BMR....I guess my situation is not that bad and I'm optimistic....

They said that over the past 30 days I've submitted 80 posts and 16 got rejected (yeah, didn't have much time for writing....) and so in order to get to 85% I'll need 25 posts or so to get approved....that is more than possible in less than two weeks...

What do you say guys?

Can't make it 15, don't have so much time for it....but did you see the last message? BMR said I need only 25 posts to get approved this month to get to 85% approval rate.
