How do you ping your web2.0 sites
I was using pingoat

but not checking all the boxes, just the top tier
none of my new web2.0 sites are indexed

or the backlinks from them

I bought a fiverr gig where the lady created that link wheel making web2.0 sites and backlinking them for you

all hers got indexed

Suggestions?
