"seo smart links" is a good plugin for internal linking
"seo slugs" keeps your URL's short by removing useless words like 'a' 'the'
"efficient related posts" again good for internal linking to other posts

SEO Ultimate will do both of those functions. Might come in handy if you want to reduce the number of plugins you use.

I have WP SEO by Yoast installed on my wordpress sites as well, it's certainly helping us to rank well not only on Google, but also Yahoo and BING, normally other wp seo plugins helps to rank well on Google only but not so much on Yahoo and BING.

The All In One SEO Pack pro version seems to be another top seo wp plugin, but I haven't tried the pro version one.

I found Easy WP SEO from the warrior trading forum as well just recently.
In case you have ever really used it, I wonder how is that Easy WP SEO plugin compared to All In One SEO Pack and WP SEO by Yoast?

Even though I use more plugins, I use these for seo purpose:
1. All In One SEO Pro
2. Seo Pressor (Even though I heard WP Easy SEO is better )

Is it a good idea to use both "All in seo" and "Seo by yoast" at the same time?
I use All in Seo to optimize the tittles, keywords, meta descriptions.
I use Seo by yoast only to check how proper my on page seo is.
Is it possible that they work against each other?

I'd guess that there are probably some conflicting settings in them but that one of them will 'win' in getting its way. Not sure which one it would be though.

For that reason it's probably best to stick with only one all-encompassing seo plugin at a time.

Hmm... Platinum SEO supports custom post types and taxonomies.

I use a stand-alone-plugin for custom post types. Comes in handy for when you want a post to have a different layout such as a sales page, or squeeze page, or something.

I just use the custom post templates plugin for that. It's still a post though, but it has a different template.

Anyone use custom post types for anything else?
