Remove Backlinks from My Websites?

Hi Good day Warriors,
I have just started to make an online business as an Affiliate marketer and with Adsense.

I have started to submit my websites to social bookmark and now I am being targeted my other website owners whom commented and leave their backlink on my websites.
My websites are between 3 weeks and 2 month old.

Question:
Should I remove these jokers' comments or add a comment to their website with a backlink as well or just disable the comment area of my websites?

    Bare in mind you are getting backlinks in the same fashion!!

    if the comments are not looking genuine then delete it. The spamy content will not going to help for your website. Normally people spam on blog or website who allow to post comment.

    It is basically a personal decision that you need to decide whether or not you would like certain conversations to take place within your site. So evaluate whether or not the comments that these "jokers" are publishing on your site and determine whether or not they are beneficial to your overall goal.

    I understand the this is very general answer, but it matches the question.

    if you think this is spam delete those comments because according to google panda lots of spam comments decrease your rank in google.

    Why I Delete Comments

    1) If the comment has nothing to do with your content.
    2) If the comment's backlink has nothing to do with your content
    3) If the user obviously did not read your post but "skimmed" it just enough to add a relative comment.

    I delete all spam comments without question and approve the genuine comments certainly.

    Leave the comment, remove the link.

    If they come back and show general interest in the site, I'll let some of their future links stay.

    I like to modify spam comments to remove all links and make my blog look more popular. I figure if the spammers don't like it they can stop sending them.

    Get Akismet. It blocks off a lovely part, and those who gets left behind, you can un-spam, edit (remove link and adjust the comment to fit the content). Bonus. I've done it a few times, but stopped again due to Akismet "learning curve". It learns from it's mistake, so tagging spam as legit comment, may cause some troubles later on, so Akismet ignore more and more spam.

    You could accept only the comments that are really "useful" and really contribute something to your post... I also hate SPAM, so we should think about that

    I will only leave comments and even with backlinks once they contribute to my post.
