has anyone tried comments on article of like smaller online newspapers like maimi herald?

most of them have solid page ranks of 4-6 and allow for easy commenting if you have a facebook login.

also, is there a google chrome add-on to see if a site is dofollow?

Those kinds are either nofollow, or they strip out html.

The Miami Herald would not be a smaller online newspaper.
