Cannot rank my site. Please help

How old is your site? Generally it takes couple of months for new sites to appear in top search positions even after building quality backlinks. Beside what you have done already, you can submit articles and/or write on squidoo and hubpages to attract quality traffic.

1) Well, as far as i can see, your website is an autoblog with non-unique content. That is already a bad start. You should order or write some quality, optimized articles.

2) I could find only 29 backlinks and only a few that are dofollow with high PR. That is probably not enough

This says alot about your site right here.

Steps you can take:
1.) Publish unique quality content
2.) Make sure your on-page SEO is done (meta description, title, <h1> tags, etc.)
3.) Build quality backlinks while varying your anchor text
4.) Dominate the SERPS

At first I was quite perplexed as to why you were not ranking. I looked at your site and everything looked good...

But upon some further digging I think I've found the problem.

Your entire site is based on duplicate content.

Here is an example of a quote taken directly from your site and put into Google:

https://www.google.com/search?ix=seb...bih=667&ix=seb

Google has 1,330 results for just that phrase.

If you build a site that is just a bunch of duplicate content than you will have a very hard time ranking in search engines.

I'd suggest going through and rewriting your content to be more unique. Google is really putting an emphasis on unique content in the rankings these days.

Also, focus on higher quality links. The link practices you listed above result in low quality backlinks.

Hi,

Your front page is really the main "trigger" or lead page that should get your site listed in Google and more. I would suggest your front page have more information about your "Focus Keyword", which appears to be "Jonome Sewing Machines".

Google rewards sites that provide the closest results of which someone using the search engine is looking for...usually based on the actual time that the page is viewed, etc.

Also, you may want to consider using your website as a real blog /review, so that your home page(s) reflect the actual search tems.

You should build more and more backlinks, these are not enough... I can't even find any quality High PR backlinks from high authority sites...

To be honest, your autoblog will probably never see the front page of google as it is. If you want traffic, you'll have to rely on other methods besides SEO. Otherwise, clean up the duplicate content and throw some good backlinks on it.

Ok! I got it.
This is duplicate content!
Well this is a site I havent build on my own but I paid for it. It was a gig here on the warrior forum. I paid money for original content!
However for those of you that checked my links,(first of all thank you) I have built a lot of links, I have also pinged them but they do not appear anywhere!
Probably It is the duplicate content..WoW (what a waste of money)...

Guys, just one question, the first page is just scraped content from Amazon.
However, all other pages have unique content.(I have contacted the guy that made the site)Do I have to build links to other pages instead of the main page? Also a lot of you said that I have to go with quality backlinks. But that is what I was tring to do. I mean edu backlinks( I dont know why they do not appear) , a link pyramid e.tc.
What else can I Do?

Ouch! Don't know what you paid but it was too much dude.

Looking at the top 10 for your keywords, you're up against authorized dealers and they have unique articles of at least 300 words. You may have been better off going for Janome sewing machine reviews or a specific model number or something.

I just done a site:yoursite.com search and found nothing, so not only are you not top 1000, your not anywhere yet!

Get that unique article up on the homepage, social bookmark it (Onlywire or Ping.fm works great) and wait for the site to get indexed first...then take it from there, its early doors yet.

Best of luck on your quest, you've a fair bit of work to do

design placement of ads are OK but the contents are copied.
yes, i know that you will tell us that what should you write about the same thing that is present in 100 of sites. ? right? then i would suggest to re write those again.

recently panda update Duplicate content is harmful for a web SERP's. Your website got about 80% of copy past content. I think now you can delete your all duplicate content and start new writing unique content, then index them and Build up quality Backlink ( contextual backlink will be great work) and bookmarking. See and watch how change are coming......

Need to have a longer time to build backlink. We had already worked for a client that his site was hit by Google, not in top 1000. But after about 2 month working, his site was on top and for now, some keywords are in page 1.
