Need Urgent Help - SEO

Hi,

I need help about SEO, i have a site and iam providing the details of my site and iam also providing the screenshot of the site.

URL: Wisdom Jobs - A Unique Fourth Generation Job Portal

1. On Homepage i linked same page links 3 times (example: pragnyameter), is this going to be any effect

2. The site has popup linking to other domain, when opening site the popup will open, is this going to be effect of my site seo.

3. My site contains slider (images) and it is loading slowly

4. I pointed to my subdomains (below) and it has nearly 15 to 20 links

    1. Rather keeping same URL on three different then it will be duplicate content.

    Recommendation: keep canonical tag on those page where you place the same URL

    2. Don't keep pop at the initial stage, make it on proper period on certain level otherwise newly introduced web site with pop. You won't have much ranking with pop.

    3. it will effect to web site speed, instead of it, keep slid show with JV script.

    4. Sub folder won't effect to your ranking.
