What gets you booted from Adsense

This is my first post here and I'd like to say hi first.

I have been looking into niche sites and possibly starting to create them. I already have a couple dabbles into it but nothing too serious. Doing a little research I was looking around on flippa and found an auction and took a look at the sites. I'm not interested in buying this but my question is will google suspend adsense accounts that are used in this way?

heres the flippa auction: flippa.com/2708073-4-adsense-websites-making-500-a-month

and the four sites in question.

jaredengagementrings com
verizonwirelesscustomerservicenumber.com
westell7500.com

I would just like to know what are the limits of google adsense? Especially the use of the link ads in the top bar nav location and the quality of the site.

Adsense is looking to place ads on quality content sites. Not sites that are redirects and reviews for affiliate programs. I would say there is a good chance of having your adsense account suspended by placing ads on these sites.

Why aren't these sites booted and why are so many of them still functional online. Does google enforce their policies?

yes google enforces their policies. A lot of the time they just havent had a manual review yet. When they get manually reviewed, they will get their adwords account cancelled.

This doesnt mean you cant use another platform for monetization though! there are plenty around.

The big ones I read about are amazon, clickbank and of course adsense. However both amazon and clickbank require a sale to make a commission as far as I understand. Are there any others companies that offer reasonable pay per click or pay per impression?
