    Create a another web site or blog. fill your site or blog with useful materiel.

    Remember donot break any Google law. and then apply for another one,

      You got one, that's it. They don't allow some things for a reason. Thought about that? If you want AdSense for more websites, the put it on. Google tells the difference and put relating advertisement in. You do not need a new AdSense for every website. And if try to bypass it, and Google busts you, well tough luck man - no more AdSense to you - EVER.

    You can have more than one account per legal entity in certain countries, that means LLC or LTD are allowed an account per company.

    Individuals are only allowed one account, and some countries only allowed one account regardless of legal entity status. Read the google rules for your country and if you are unsure of anything at all stay safe rather than sorry as they will ban you and won't let you back in if you break their rules of multiple accounts.
