How to set a certain AdSense ad?

Hi friends, I have a question for you.

How to put a certain AdSense ad on my site, or is this something that we are unable to do and relay on Google?

I have a PC game related site and all my competitors have this ad on their sites but it's not showing on mine---

As the game is mostly played in England by male population who are mostly age 16 - 24 this would be a great ad.

So if anyone knows how to set that Google shows certain ads, let me know.

    One of 2 things: either the advertiser is targeting your competitor's sites and placing the ads on their site or your content isn't triggering that specific ad.

    Added:

    There is no way for you to tell Google what ads to place on your site as this is an automated process. However you can tell them what not to place (which doesn't help you). You can tailor your content to try and trigger that ad but there is no guarantee that the advertiser is actually using the display network to show their ads on all sites relevent to their keywords.

      Well to content is basically the same.. So we can't manipulate what ads can be shown on our sites?

    No you can't. You seem to be really frustrated by adsense on your site. Why not just scrap adsense and try using CPA instead?

    Also, you don't know if that ad is showing on your site or not. Not everyone sees the same ads. The ads you see can differ from the ads that other people see.
