Also, it might be worth mentioning that not all these WEB 2.0's are "do-follow", so if you haven't done already, install the seoquake tool bar and check "high-light no-follow"

Indeed, you don't have to interlink them, just pick a few of the higher PR ones, and build them out with several posts (unique or at least decently spun), so you'll have your own network of sites linking back to your main site. Then build some additional backlinks to these as well to further increase their authority.
