    What have you been doing so far, tell us that and we might be able to direct you a little as opposed to just giving you a new checklist to go through. There is no '10 step checklist to be first on google' or we would all we doing it. It is a wide range of things from onpage SEO to offpage SEO.

    A few tips;
    Good onpage content
    Keyworded acordingly (less than 1% density)
    Keyword in the following: H1 Tag, Title, Bold, Italic, Underlined
    Backlinks from High PR domains.

    Do not spam make sure you are helping people on these high PR domains and just giving them something extra with a link back to your website

    Your keywords are pretty tough since they're just one word each. Why not try longer keywords? It's going to be hard for you to beat the resources about those words that you mentioned, you know. Anyway, first things first. Have you done your on-page optimization?
