How to write a correct resource boxes?

About the article submission, there is something I still don't get it or understand even for now.

Let's say that I have a website known as : apple3.com, and the article that i want to submit is known as appleisdelicious.

So, what I want to know is, when I submitting appleisdelicious article to random article directories, should I post the very same article in my website; apple3.com?

And as for the resource box of article directories, what is the correct way to present my resource box content?

NOTE: BOLD is Anchor Keyword

EXAMPLE:

A) You are interested to learn more about appleisdelicous (linked to apple3.com/appleisdelicous), please visit: apple3.com

B) As you know now, appleisdelicious (linked to apple3.com/appleisdelicious) and you can start eating apple (linked to apple3.com/eatingappletoday) today to improve your health. Thanks for reading.
I hope you guys understand what I trying to say, as I have a hard time to put it in a word, at the best, I can only come out with this small example. Please help.

    It will be useless to submit the same article over and over again! You should write unique articles for EACH article directory (I also advice you NOT to spin this article.. It will be full of errors!)

      You must have a lot of time or money to post unique articles to EACH directory you submit to. In an ideal world that would be perfect. Unfortunately most people dont have the means to do this

        I know this.. But give me an answer just to both of these simple questions:

        Would you be interested to see the same article on each site you visit today (if you are a visitor!)?
        Would you be anyhow interested in clicking the link?

        Moreover, it will be VERY hard, almost *impossible* to rank this article on 1st page in google... (because of the duplicated content!) // So, do you still think that these articles are helpful?!? If I were you, I would write 5 unique articles and submit them to top 5 article directories, NOT 100 duplicated articles in a specific number of article directories.. Of course everybody chooses the best according to him

    Thanks for your advice. Even so, I guess that submitting my articles to 2 or 3 article directories doesn't hurt, right? or is it?

    And for the resource box option, which one of them is preferable? None of you guys tell me about it.
