if i create anchor text in my signature in warrior forum with my keyword, and link it to my blog ,which is not internet marketing related, would this still be considered as a quality backlink by Google and others. I'm just looking for a way to build more and more backlink without having to write so much content
#backlink #considered #quality

It would help, but not much. If there's a chance someone could copy your site, steal your content or ideas then it's definitely not worth doing.

If this forum was related to your blog then you'd get a lot more benefit from a signature link.

If you are asking if it will count as quality backlink, no. Why? Primarily because it's not relevant to your site. Another thing is, forum sig links have less value when it comes to search engine rankings even if it is relevant to your site.

Sure, this quality backlinks but you won't do good if all your backlinks or majority of them, come from the same ip address.

To be a quality backlink, you need for the following factors:

    • Contextual link, ie: your anchor text within a relevant article.
    • Link coming from a site that is relevant to your site. Having a link from an IM forum to a dog training site doesn't have much relevance.
    • A dofollow link (while nofollow links are still useful, a dofollow link is better)
    • The page/site you link from has good authority.
