Map preview google places

Hello everyone,
I am new here although I have been learning from this forum for a long time. I decided not to write so far as I could not express much opinions due to my lack of experience.
I feel a bit more confident now, so I am giving it a go!
QUESTION!
I have set up a google place account, but I have notice that the map preview does not appear. for example if you type into Google UK (It does apply anywhere) "Major players, or Carluccio's" (big brands) you will see that this site has a map preview.
I have tried all the possible solutions, starting from the page itself to check Google webamster as well.
ANY SUGGESTION?
This is driving me quite nuts. I also found google support pages very confusing and not helpful at all!
