Sorry to hear about that. I hate to be the bearer of even more bad news but I don't think there is any chance of you being able to get that back. You can sign up again but I think sooner or later Google will track you down. Here are alternatives to Google adsense that you can consider:

    Clicksor
    Adbrite
    Bidvertiser
    Chitika
    Text Link Ads
    Yahoo! Publisher Network

    Hope this helps!

Once your Adsense is banned, you can't get it back. Move on. There are so many other ways to make money online. There are also a lot of posts here about people getting their Adsense banned. Do a search.

Your banned account can't be recovered but I think you should find out the reason of baning your account and then crate a new account and don't make the previous mistake.

You only get one appeal for reconsideration. If you did not receive an answer from Google that means that your appeal was not approved, and most are not.

Google never says the reason for being disabled, they use that you were a risk to the advertisers. This is a catch all that covers about the whole thing, the only time that you get a superior idea is if it was for invalid clicks, but then they do not say how the clicks were determined to be invalid.

Not saying how they conclude things is how they keep there security so others do not know how they run it. If they gave away there secrets people would find ways around them. Other advertising campaigns do the same, this is not a problem with Google alone.

Remember that Google was a customer of yours and they can rent the ad space from who they want, just like if you were operate a store you can not make your customers buy what they do not want.
