How many of you use MozRank and Domain authority to guage the potential link juice from a prospective link opportunity? and what sort of MozRank and Domain Authority would you expect for a real PR6 site?

MozRank rates right up there with Fairy Dust AFAIK.

I put more alot value in DA (domain authority) than I do with PageRank. It's just a better indicator of good a site/link is. I'd rather have a DA50 PR3 than a DA30 PR5.

That and just simply looking at the no. and quality of domains linking to the site.

MozRank and DA get updated far more often than PR, so in that regards I do put some stock into them.

We use opensiteexplorer for that purpose almost daily. Just guessing but I think a PR6 would be a DA score of around 70 to 75.

Not always. I've seen PR5s or 6s with DA in 20s.

Usually it's a resurrected / expired domain or a site that's faking PR.

I find DA to be useful as an overall indicator of site quality. If not the best, its certainly better than most.
