How can I build backlinks and start posting

Hello

I just started with building backlinks, so I`m new of this - noob may I say. Coudl you share with me of some good SEO strategy.
Right now i looking for list with high PR and dofollow autoaprove blog links and forums.

I have ignite SEO software, what do you think ? It is ok ? For posting ?

Use search function. You have to learn by yourself nobody will spoon feed you.
