    Nice ideas for niches amongst there to use as a springboard to other keywords. CPC seems greatly exaggerated. Take for example the "harddrive data recovery services" it says it's worth $98 a click!
    Go into contextual targeting of your google keyword tool to check for more realistic cpc. Shows it is actually about $1. a click a day might be worth it for long term passive adsense revenue for $30 a month.

        Also you can CPC of $200 but if no one search for that keyword then there is no value.

        For example

        donate car to charity california - this keyword get total of 16 searches per month as per GKT ( Global exact match). On average, this is one click per day every other day. Guess you will get very rich with this.

        These kinds of lists are meaningless.

          Except....you cannot predict what anyone will
          bid to place an ad on your site.

          I wish people would stop this get-rich-quick
          nonsense.

          CPC is always exaggerated. Because there is a huge
          difference between search and content, as well as
          your new site and an old authoritative site.

          Why there is such a complete disconnect with reality
          is why so many people here fail. It all contributes to
          the nonsense.

          The just swear they should get $50 a click because someone
          published some idiotic list of high paying keywords.
          So they slap together crappy content fast, expect google
          to just have boatloads of people bidding. When they get
          pennies a day, they start thinking of nefarious ways to
          boost clicks. Ending up with a banned account.

          All started because someone told them they can get rich
          quick. But that mean old google was ripping them off at
          5 cents a click.

          Reality check. A high CPC ad does not just appear on your
          site. It takes time and reputation.

          And the kicker is that you can get a high CPC no matter
          what the niche.

    I picked a random keyword from the list in OPs link, you will NEVER get $93.32 for the keyword home phone internet bundle (never in a million years)!

    Search the Google Contextual tool & that keyword phrase suggested bid is $1.75, now divide that number by 2 = $0.88

    Still Adwords is an auction, no guarantee you'll even get $0.88 CPC.

    Good luck when you build a site around false data.
