So my domain "London English Teacher dot com" ranks number one for the Keyword "London English Teacher". Which drives a good amount of traffic to my site. My domain is 6 years old.

The only problem is i dont have a page rank. How can a old domain, ranking number 1 for a good keyword not have a page rank? How can i get a good page rank quickly?

Because PageRank has next to nothing to do with Serps Rankings. PageRank will not directly put money in your bank account (unless your business is selling links to noobs).

Focus on your content, focus on getting relevant links for that content.

If you are ranking at #1, why would you even care about your PageRank?

BTW, found it amusing that your site uses bad grammar to advertise itself.

Welcome to the internet. Of course what is really embarrassing is when you spell a word incorrectly in a post pointing out a spelling error in someone else's post.

In terms of the OP, it is actually quite common to have a site which ranks well for some long-tail keywords that never shows up with a good PageRank.

PageRank such as the Google toolbar is only usable in the broadest possible sense. The Google toolbar is updated infrequently, and I have a suspicion that Google doesn't want it to be TOO accurate or to be updated TOO frequently because people would use it to gain insights into their algorithms.

PageRank is often better to understand how much "clout" your site has in its OUTBOUND links -- how much "link juice" you can give to other sites. Google loves "authority" and "expert" sites. They want their users to find lots of good solid info quickly. PageRank seems to be more related to that than many other factors.

The important thing is that you are getting good traffic from the right keyword. I made the mistake of writing a blog post about an FTP plugin for Chrome a while back -- and my site is still ranking highly for that search, even though it was just a thing I was toying with. Oh well.

I never held myself up to be an expert in English grammar or spelling, but if you are in the business of teaching English to people, then it pays to ensure that your site (and forum posts) contains correct grammar and spelling.

Those seemingly "minor" issues can greatly affect how well your site is perceived and how effective it is at doing its job.

Might not want to out your site like that. PageRank doesn't really matter... It's mostly tied to your number of backlinks.

Now a days Google's results are based on content relevancy and not on page ranks. Google also gives importance for keywords in domain. Page rank is not considered as an important factor in ranking a page.

I think if you have a good ranking, then should not care about page rank. Main is SEO rankings, from where you get your targeted visitors and this is the purpose of every business
