Do Payed Search Engine submits actually work?
What makes them different from the free submits?
Is it even worth paying?

yes payed search engine really work, the different between paid and free sites are in payed site your submission will accept fast where as in free submission it will take time.

Sure, they work if you're selling them to goobers who don't know better. If you're the goober buying them, well, not so much.

There's really only one search engine that you need to worry about and that's Google. You don't even have to submit your site there if you do things right, they'll find you quickly. After that, the others will find you quickly as well. Save your money for better things.

bgmacaw is right. and if you want to submit your site the search engines, you don't have to pay someone to do it. you can do it yourself here:

MSN: Live Search URL Submission
