Facebook,Twitter backlink?

Its easy. Just register on Twitter and Facebook and post content with links to your pages on your wall in these social networks and if those pages index by Google, these will be counted as backlinks for your domain.

but i think the backlink from facebook and twitter is "Nofollow", more powerful if you can get "Dofollow" backlink from other website which is relevant to your niche.. CMIIW

Many people have misconceptions about generating backlinks from twitter and facebook. I would like to tell you that the twitter and facebook are not a general properties like article directory and other web properties. They all are social media website. You can use them for branding your company. Do not use them for generating backlinks. It is completely wast of time. so create strategy for improving your social media presence.

Just share links in Facebook. Those 2 sites are really very potential for getting huge number of targeted traffic.

Twitter backlink is very easy to get..Just spread out your keywords with tweet then other users RT your tweet then Google gives you better rank on SERP

I think FB and twitter is more on traffic generation...but not a good practice in building backlinks.

Time have changed. SEO is focusing more towards Social Media even since the Panda update and the launch of Google +.

I mostly use facebook and twitter to garner more traffic. I don't believe that these sites will generate good backlinks. You should concentrate on getting do follow links from high ranking sites that are relevant to your niche. Good luck.

Facebook is what is called "darkweb" because it is unindexable by Google. Any links that are posted on Facebook will not contribute to your ranking in any search engine.

Links on twitter often don't contribute, except that there are a lot of webpages out there that will post the latest tweets on one subject or another. If you're link manages to get picked up by a website that reposts the tweet then it will help your ranking for a little while. Nothing on twitter lasts long though.

I am confused that the backlinks on FB and twitter are unindexable or "nofollow"? whether the backlinks on them are useful for backlink building?

Social media backlink google isn't count as a no follow or do follow.only your site visibility will improve in search engine..

Well you need lots of followers on Twitter for them to go on your site. Facebook is simple, just add your link on your wall for everyone to see. Backlinks are poor quality from there.

One thing which i have noticed is , if you share a post in Facebook , Yahoo and Bing search engines picks up your site very easily, this is what i have noticed many will have many other views.

Having facebook and twitter pages are not for the backlinks? That's true...Google is not going to crawl your facebook page and say, wow this site has a backlink from facebook! and run you up the serps.

These backlinks are good because of the share factor. For example, you share a new post, your followers like or share that content, their friends and followers see their like or share and they read it, and then now they like or share, and on and on.
This is what triggers Serp movement, and it is unrelated from the "backlink power". It's from sharing and popularity of the page.



However, most small sites never achieve anything like this at all. That's why facebook and twitter are essentially useless for them to have. They either buy their likes/followers or the posts they share are seriously boring and nothing to share about.

"How to Become an Author" --which is probably how most people write their post titles. That's not going to catch anyone's attention even if it is shared.

"You Will Lose Your Friends, Ditch Your Family, and Live on the Street if You Want to Get Started in This Profession" ---Now if you saw on your facebook newsfeed that your friend had shared that, you'll probably be curious in reading what it's about.


CONCLUSION:
Throwing up a facebook page or twitter page for your niche site won't do anything for you until you learn how to utilize it effectively.

If you are using Twitter,if someone RT your Tweet and other users also doing same thing then Google increase your ranking on search engine.

Facebook is totally different site as compared to Twitter. In Facebook there are various applications added like Newtworkblog. This application is good for website and blog. Just add your blog in it then share your blog post to Facebook users

Of course, FB and twitter are completely no follow links, it won't help to increase SERP but can drive some traffic if you have a huge number of followers and friends.

Facebook backlinks do count! Here is the strategy I used to get one of my sites from page #18 to page #1 almost overnight.

Here is how I do it.

1. Write a quality unique blog post or article on your site.

2. Copy that same post/article from your blog to a Facebook note on your Facebook fan page or profile.

3. At the end of the post write “Check out my blog: link”

4. The "link" is your backlink. Use the following format.

5. Save your note.

6. Index your backlink.

I also extensively use Twitter re-tweets to provide link diversity to my sites as Google loves social media backlinks.

So when I check on link checking sites on my competition, I have seen where there tweets with a keyword in there tweets being ranked as a very powerful keyword. That's what I have seen anyway.

if you use wordrpess you can use workbook plugins.

You can get some traffic through facebook and twitter .......

but its not really helps for increasing your site pr because...
