Looking for traffic for Pets

I have a client that we are looking to buy traffic for pets. Mainly dogs and cats. They sell pet supplements that help with. Dog allergies , hip dysplasia , kennel cough ,etc. We are currently looking to outsource some SEO for over 100 keywords. Some competitive some not. We currently using ppc and seeing great results. What company do you suggest to but targeted traffic to the site while the seo takes place. I see alot of company offer 50,000 targeted visitors but alot of them look very shady. Any direction would be fantastic. And if anyone is interested in working with us on your seo project. Fill free to pig me.

    A lot of this you can do free (except for creative content creation) by creating a targeted marketing plan from higher profiled sites that already have your demographics at hand.

    Like some of the resources you can see at Alexa - Top Sites by Category: Recreation/Pets

    You can also tap into 29 sub-categories and 19 more related categories.

    Cross reference these through Quantcast and import all the good statistical sites into a spreadsheet tabbed out by the different platforms.

    Other than that...OpenX Marketplace is a great choice for banner buys.

        Yeah...

        Banner buys at OpenX Marketplace. Your initial campaign escrow will be 1k even though they will say 5K on the phone. But, it puts you into a position to be able to pen-point target your market to the tune of .25 to .50 cents per one thousand impressions across highly relevant sites in your niche.

        You can also access thier database through SiteScout.com with 500 bucks if you can't get the budget to fund it directly. Just don't expect the better price point on impressions.

        Other than that...go plaster the products in Facebook Marketplace. Lots of animal lovers there...I mean a bunch of them. It's free too if you do it through your fb account or their account. You'll just be isolated to the general area that the account profile has. I would suggest a coupon for the ad...they seem to work really good on fb.
