where to submit my articles?

Unfortunaletly I have no writing skills so I always outsource my writing job.
When I order someone to write an article I also ask him/her to write a 500 word summary of it.
So, what is the best place to submit these summary articles for backlinks?

There are thousands of places/sites that you can do that and gain exposure/traffic/back links such as article directories, press release, guest blogging, web 2.0s e.t.c

  As the others said, you have thousands of website where you can post these summary.
  Just type on Google "Article Directory", or "Free Press Release".
  
  Btw, a 500 words summary with one backlink is really good for seo =)
