account setups for backlinking

hi all, i was just wondering, when you setup accounts for linkbuilding purposes at various web properties like blogger, wordpress, tumblr, and/or various article directories what email address do you prefer to use? do you just create a junk one somewhere (yahoo/gmail) or do you setup an email within your site domain?

for example, if i have a domain for a niche about 6 toed cats at 6toecats.com, when i go to setup accounts to post articles for backlinking at various webproperties, is it advisable to register new accounts using like junk at 6toecats.com or is that generally a bad idea or doesn't matter?

      yes, and also wanted to know how people structure the setting up of their accounts so that i can instruct a VA to do it properly.
