Don't worry about Google Dance. Its a very common thing until unless you find your keyword in top three positions. Keep working for quality back links don't worry about Google Dance.

When Google release a new algorithm dance will happen, during the dance period Google will observe a site performance according to number of impression and CTR. Finally site have more CTR and impression will stay to top search.

Low quality site have to work hard and wait for next algorithm update to recover ranking.

Google dance is nothing it is just results of your non quality work with seo and worst optimization by website On page. According to my personal experience if a website has good on page seo and has create quality back links that i don't think so to get down from its ranking.
