Thank you for your interest in the YouTube Partner Program. We've recently made improvements to provide more creators with resources that help them improve their skills, build larger audiences, and monetize their videos.
As part of these changes, we no longer require you to apply in order to become a partner. Instead, you can start the process of becoming a YouTube Partner by opting into monetization from your Account Settings. Then opt your eligible videos into monetization by visiting your Video Manager. You must have at least one monetized video to be a YouTube Partner.
Finally, you can visit the Creator Hub to learn about the latest Partner news and other resources.
