Backlinks are not working, what should I do?

I have left about 20 backlinks on other forums, blogs, etc... and submitted one article with backlinks. All were relevant links related to my industry. I checked to make sure that the URL links work (they do), but when I checked backlinkwatch.co m nothing has been reported. I also checked alexa.com and still no change in backlinks. Same deal with google. How long does it take for these links to show up?

I know that the links work because I have received some traffic from the backlinks. Also, my business facebook account is not showing up as a backlink.

I have been thinking about using companies to build my backlinks, but I only want relevant links. Any recommendations?

    Sometimes it may take a little longer before you can search for those backlinks, depends upon the crawl and indexing frequency of those sites. Quick way is to check backlinks is through the Google webmasters account.

    It takes time for your links to be found and indexed which is actually a good thing as it will be more natural that way. So keep building and be patient and the results will follow.

      Same things happening with me but i have patience because search engines takes some time to get index that back links. If they get indexed then they will definitely show in your website back link list.

    Ping or send backlinks to your backlinks if you want them indexed faster


    Also 20 backlinks isn't very much and unless they're extremely high PR really wouldn't do much for any website!

    This issue probably has nothing to do with the links you are building, but with backlinkwatchwatch itself. There's nothing wrong with the results, but you can't get new results more than once ever two months because the site uses cached results. You'll have to wait at least two months to check the same URL to get new results.

    It requires time to index backlinks by Google. You have to wait until indexing backlink. Continue creating good quality dofollow backlinks with same niche website.

    If you are looking to get your backlinks indexed the best practice is to Ping all the Backlinks. I have been using different pinging services like ;

    Pingomatic.com


    Bulkping.com

    Another Free Automated tool for Pinging all the backlinks is by seobunny.de called Ping Alpha 2.0


    Also you will need to wait a bit to get backlinks indexed. Like month or so. Hope this will help you.

    I would also be worried about the same. However, after looking for some more information on this issue, I found out it could take quite a time until your backlinks are indexed. Just be patient and you will see them in no more than a month.

    However, it's good to build a backlinking strategy that involves building pretty much a constant number of backlinks every day. It is considered the best practice. Hope I helped

    There are links that I build over a year ago and they still don't show, sometimes they just don't get found or take much longer. To get your backlinks indexed faster build backlinks to your backlinks. For example if you have an article with your backlink in it then submit that URL where you have your article to top social bookmarking sites
