    My favorite is addthis -- it links with a free account at addthis.com and gives you lots of data about the sharing that way. It also provides a boatload of places people can share to - I believe the last count was over 300.

    One "downside" which I like is that the button is smaller/less intrusive than some other options.

      Im putting 1 down for Digg Digg too.. I install this to all my blogs. Only thing I don't like about it is you can't put buttons on the top and bottom of pages. It's either top or bottom.

      I did a post on the best social sharing plugins if that helps
