I did a big mistake! Please tell me how to fix it?

So this is the story
I did the link building for my websites by myself and everything works perfect!
I tried to find a way to save time so for some of the websites i outsoure the link building job to someone else.
He did a terrible job!!! only 60 baklinks for all of the keywords and my ranking is going down every day.
Now i dodnt know what to do! of ourse im not going to pay him again and im going to do it by myself but what i need to do now? contiue build the bakclinks like i did it before - about 200 backlinks per day or if i will do it it will cause me problem???
My ranking is already damage - i dont know what to do now i dont want to cause anymore damage!

    First of all, I highly doubt that your rankings are going down because of the job your seo guy did.

    60 backlinks from the wrong sources and your site is dropping in ranking? There are other serious problems in play here.

    Can you give us a little more information.

    How were you building your links? were you doing somehting a little blackhat ? maybe google caught up with you?

    Second what tyoe of link building did the outsources person do?

    what software were you using?

    The backlinks what you get should be from quality and related themes. Only by this way you can rank your keywords in search engines. Google does not require high page rank backlink from un-related theme, but instead it looks for related themes only.

    Try to build backlinks by using the one way link building tactics.

    You may try what I did? I got a backlink providers, those directory submission companies to build directory links for me slowly, he build I pay, can't really see immediate results but the back links do increase slowly.

    No its not a blackhat seo - for sure .
    im not using spam at all and i know he didnt use it also.
    im sure that the reasons are the fact that i use to built more than 300 backlinks (at least) to my website for a 10 diffrent keywords and this mounth he built onky 60 backlinks so Google see a very big change in the ammount of backlinks compare to last mounth.
    I really didny use blackhat. Some even ask me if which program i use- im not using any program in manually building all my backlinks.
    That why i dont know what to do- i used to add at least 300 backlinks every mounth and i think because the change (to 6o this mounth) my ranking is damage - my qeustion now is if its the right decision to go back to the way i act build around 300 backlinks per mouth.

      I think quantity plays a very small role in getting your site ranked well in Google. I must be on the quality of the links built by the seo you hired. If you know there's nothing wrong except for this, you can build links to your site just like before.

      If nothing happens, then it's time to make other plans.

    One more thing
    I didnt get any message from Google and more than that - the person ho did the seo for me build the most of the backlinks to one specific keyword (dont know why) and i see a good imrovement in the ranking for this keyword. So im sure its not Google punishing me:-)

    So the change from 300 backlinks per mounth to60 per mounth and back to 300-400 per mounth will not look as a "game" to Google?
    Thats the only thing im worry about.
