I own one domain that is almost 11 years old. I have owned it the entire time, and has been used for my various business ventures, but all catered to the same general niche. The site is still live, it just auto directs to another domain for a local business I own.
The second is one I have owned for almost 7 years and actually forgot about it until it auto renewed the other day. It is going nowhere right now. Isn't even listed in DNS servers. if you try to go to it Google can't find it. Which is why I think the "website site appraisal" of 13,000 for this site was pretty bogus.
Anyway, my question. Do either of these sites hold any more value than buying a new domain? That may sound like a dumb question because I assume they do, but I'm just not sure why they would.
I can give out the domains if that's a good idea and helpful.
