.01 PPC- how do I stop this?

I just started working on an authority site. My average CPC is between .50 and .75, which I know isn't the ideal $1 but I have a feeling my site will get full traffic as I add more articles (I'm writing all 100 my own). I launched it with 5 articles, posted two links on Reddit in two weeks and generated 500 uniques. I get about 50 daily uniques now. I'm good with that since I haven't done what it takes to get it really rockin' and rollin yet from what I've read in here.

My question is that one of my banner ads is somehow showing an ad that generates a whole .01 PPC. How in the heck do I stop that?

Does it show for you or for your visitors too ? because there could be some kind of capping on banners..

What is most likely happening here pbrite, is that Google is paying you the 1 cent per x number of pageviews (some advertisers pay per mile instead of per click). The 1 cent would reflect the minimum payment threshold for the pageviews.

It's unlikely an actual click is generating this 1 cent.
