Just wondering what the best settings are for optimal SEO benefits?

What to noindex? What about Titles by section?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

No Index for Cats, Archives & Tags?

What about Title settings?

  yes no index for Cats, Archives & Tags, because google don't like many duplicates.

I don't 'noindex' category pages.. they're useful to have indexed as they work as hub pages for related content. duplicated content in this sense is ok.. I've never had a problem.

I do 'noindex' tag pages and archive pages.

titles.. I optimize every title using keywords and an online serp previewer so I know it looks right. the title is what drives clicks.. you need to get it right.

lastly, I noindex the privacy policy page

Don't add %blog_title% with any of the below mentioned field because it can increase the characters more than 60 which is not SEO friendly

  Actually before I did this for my blogs ( remove %blog_title%), I was always finding it a problem to get a perfect score with wordpress seo plugin because always title characters were longer than 60.

Out of the above snapshot only 'auto generated contents' tab should be left unchecked and rest can do well when checked.
