Best PPC for Publishers?

Hi,
I've been working on a website for a few weeks now and have been generating a good amount of its traffic via pop under ads (pop ups that are behind the browser window thus less intrusive). I figure why not do pop unders for some the ads that pay more than the pop unders cost. It's not click fraud because people are genuinely clicking the ads out of interest.
Adbrite doesn't count these clicks at all and Adsense maybe counts about 15% of those clicks. Does anyone know of a PPC platform or a way of getting around this problem? I assume its because of the dynamic link that's changing faster than I could manually change the pop under link.
Any help/insight would be much appreciated!
