How well does Google's algorithm work?

I am willing to bet, none of you can match these stats and guess what, I don't rank #1 for any of the terms these are for and the site is over a year old in a not so competitive niche. How pathetic is googles algorithm?

FYI, the middle number in average visit duration is MINUTES.

    Nobody knows how Google's algorithm works, not even Google's algorithm engineers.
    It is not worth giving any thought.
