Zimbio...Not A Good Idea?

I just noticed that many of my blog articles are nowhere to be found in the SERPS. But yet, when I search for them, it shows up Page 1 Position 1 but it is the Zimpio version!
I do have the articles fed to Zimbio. So this does not appear to be good news for my blog since Google things all my content is duplicated?
Is that a correct assumption? If so, should I only manually post to Zimbio?
