Need tool for tracking keywords

I am looking for a tool where I can add my keywords and corresponding URL. It should perform a google search and tell me where I am placed for that URL in the SERP's.
It should be able to store the keyword and URL information and the data it returns should be current.

A free tool/firefox plugin will be good but I am ready to pay also.

Any suggestions.
