Hi Warriors,

Greetings!

I have been on Warrior Forum from past few months and I must say I have got a lot of helpful responses and posts here. But I am in a mess now as to what to do regarding ranking in Google. As per the algorithm updates and the latest Penguin update it seems that its the traffic that could help you rank top in SERP of Google.

I only perform web 2.0 link wheels with all top web 2.0 sites and bookmark them to all top social bookmarking sites and social networks and I am getting visits too but the position of my site in Google SERP is not rising that way, it used to.

I am looking for actual suggestions that is working or could work, looking for genuine response/s from top Internet Marketing professionals and moderators.

Please help me!

    Hey guy,

Ultimately what it comes down to is that SEO is much more than link building. Anchored, non-anchored, hyperlinked, and non-hyperlinked backlinks/citations are just part of the picture. Social media is increasingly becoming a factor in SERP rankings as well.

Personally I would focus on diversifying your anchor text using good generics, coupled with some high quality targeted anchor text from guest blogs and such.

Also, I recommend you invest in some infographics and other forms of content besides your typical spammy SEO article, and then syndicate it out through multiple press release services. Get some whitehat links, do some redirecting, and you've just given yourself some incredible power!

Web2.0's can still work awesome in a linkwheel format but you should do it in a bit different way then you're used too, so not some crappy senukex blast with tier2 bookmarks. Try this instead:

Manually made customized web2.0's with 1000+ word article and youtube and/or images embedded

Dripfeed social bookmarks over 30 days so that each gets about 100 bookmarks.

Run the bookmarks through an index service.

That should help to get you back on track.

      Nik,

      Thanks for your response!

I never used any software for posts or bad quality content, in-fact the content is of high quality, latest and catchy too because visits doesn't stops. I would request you to please elaborate your response regarding running the bookmarks.

      Thanks!

This is a pretty neat dripfeed bookmarking system:

Online Social Bookmarking Services - More Backlinks - Fast Index

It's not mine but I sure plan to use it in the very near future, a friend with a huge number of sites and who is into SEO for many years recommended it to me. He is only after tough keywords and this is one part of his arsenal. Manual web2.0s boosted with social bookmark dripfeeding and running the bookmarks through a tool/index service called Backlink Booster.

Obvious you can use this tiered method with many different kind of tier1 links like Doc sharing / Video submissions / Guestposts / Article distribution and so on...

you need quality backlinks from related site. Use private blog networks (just make sure they're worth something before ordering), guest blog posting in other blogs that are related to your niche, some high pr backlinks and also edu/gov. drip feed all and diverse anchor text and you should be fine

the web 2.0 strategy is fine by itself, why you are not going up in ranking is maybe cause you are using bad content (spun) or you don't randomize your anchor texts so much.

try doing those and you WILL see difference.

      Thank for your response!

I am not using any spun article/content and everything is manually. Not a single blackhat technique or any such technique that is done through softwares I do not perform. I would request you to please tell me how to randomize keywords that effectively as you said?

      thanks

You will need to improve your visitor satisfaction responses on your website.

Things like site load speeds, themed content, bounce rates, link velocity, etc are things you will need to take a lot more notice in.
