Are Google, Bing & Yahoo Actually in Bed Together?

Not being funny, but I've just noticed that the same articles that have appeared page 1 of Google from nowhere post Penguin are also now page 1 of Bing & Yahoo. The reason I know this is because 2 of them are mine. My main site has also dropped several pages on both. I wouldn't mind but it's not exactly spammy either. It's just a sales page with mainly original ezine articles linking back.

Am I way behind on Search Engines. Is this usual?

Bing and Yahoo actually are in bed together. Google, not so much.

I disagree. Any of my sites that drop considerable in google serps start appearing in bing/yahoo at the same time.
